Cameroon Boyo coffee, wholesale from the highlands
Washed Arabica grown between 1,400 and 1,800 metres in the Boyo highlands — bright citrus acidity, dark chocolate depth and a clean, sweet finish.
The Boyo highlands
Boyo, in Cameroon's North West Region, is volcanic highland country. Cool nights slow cherry maturation and concentrate sugars, producing an Arabica that cups well beyond its price point. Our current lot scored 84 points on the SCA scale with notes of blood orange, dark chocolate, plum and panela.
The family farms we work with wash and sun-dry their coffee on site, then deliver parchment to a shared dry mill where we supervise final grading before export.
